The staff here were friendly and really did everything to make us feel welcome. 🌟 the room we had was lovely; it overlooked the water, which was amazing. Everything was super clean, like they had just finished deep cleaning it!

The location of this hotel right by the resturant, beautiful Gargnano and the lake side was stunning and great. Café Caffe Olimpia located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Overall it was beautiful with a balcony.

It was a superior and comfortable hotel with amazing friendly staff. We ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The location was marvellous for walking around a lemon garden...

Modern, clean, excellent waterfront location, quiet and familiar.
The breakfast is served on the table but you have to ask some kind of meal because if you don't ask it, they don't serve you. We order water for breakfast and we had pay it in the check out (4,00 eur). The parking is of payment and too much tiny. It is not recommended. You must left the keys of the car in reception. When we try to leave in the morning, we could not do it because it was lost. Finaly, after nearly 30 minutes of waiting, the key appeared in the pocket of the boss of the hotel. Too much time wasted and our travel planification was broken.

The location was stunning and wonderful - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Gargnano bus stop. - There were comfortable beds and coffee/tea making machines in the room.

This is a small family-run and charming Italian hotel in a wonderful location right on Lake Garda with a jetty out into the water. The hotel is in a pretty, old Venetian-style building and oozes character. Breakfast was delicious and served on the beautiful waterside terrace. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but if breakfast is anything to go by it is probably very good. The centre of Gargnano is a five-minute walk away.
The only draw-back is lack of parking but there is a pay car-park about 100m away.

I absolutely loved the artistic decorations throughout the hotel. It added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the ambiance. The general areas were well-designed and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The hallways were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. It was a pleasure to admire the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel, adding a touch of culture to my stay.
I would have appreciated better accessibility options for senior people. While the hotel did a good job overall, I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in helping us with our luggage or providing extra support for mobility issues.

Services, friendly staff and location
The billing and financial are not very reliable. I have been given someone else bill and after paying discovered it was not mine. Then I was given my bill and they have offered me a dicount for the room (Euro 120/night) even though I was supposed to pay Euro 220/night, which was good offer then after few days, I noticed an email including a new bill with full charges of (Euro220/night) and was charged on my personal Credit Card instead of my Business Card. This would cause some issues with my employer and have to justify the new charges and why on my personal cc. I have wrote back to the hotel but they have not responded to my email. This situation is very disappointing and I would like to have good explaination for this and why they have given me the discount first and then changed their mind. Appreciate your invistigation and response. Thanks

The hotel's decoration was simply exquisite, featuring elegant furnishings and a charming vintage touch. The common areas were beautifully adorned with tasteful artwork, creating a sophisticated ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with well-maintained ramps and elevators making it effortless to navigate.
It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
